A heart centered space to learn, practice, and awaken the healing gift of Reiki. This Level 1 & 2 training is designed to help you deepen your connection to energy, intuition, and self-healing in a grounded, supportive environment.
Foundational Teachings
Learn the core principles of Reiki, the history of the practice, and how energy healing supports balance in the body, mind, and spirit. This training gives you a grounded foundation to begin working with Reiki with clarity and confidence.
Attunement + Activation
Receive one on one attunements as part of your Reiki initiation process. These sacred energetic activations are designed to open you to the Reiki current and deepen your connection to healing energy in a personal and supported way.
Hands On Practice
Practice giving and receiving Reiki through guided hands on experience. You’ll learn how to work with yourself and others while building confidence in your touch, intuition, and ability to sense and direct energy.
